If you haven't done so after the upgrade, you will want to "Upgrade profile from reference host" to refresh the host profile settings, and then check compliance. Or, if you are reasonably certain your reference host is set up the way you want it, and this doesn't work, just create a new host profile.
New configuration settings were added in v5 that wouldn't have existed in v4, so your profiles have to be updated.
